Public CreditCourse goal is the formation of basic knowledge in the public credit institution, the need for debt financing, credit management in the context of macro-financial stability. The course aim is to provide students with the tools, and the skills to use these tools, to understand the underlying concepts and practical tradeoffs entailed in the basic principles of Public credit; to identify the advantages and disadvantages of public debt financing; to own techniques and methods of credit management to ensure debt sustainability; and the credit management in the context of macro-financial stability.
