Last Friday Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling was excited to welcome our partners from KPMG in the format of the guest lecture as part of the innovative Due Diligence course offered to the last year Bachelor students at KNEU.

Daryna Chernjatevych, Sergiy Zolotko, and Iryna Ulianchenko gave insights into real life M&A transactions, overview of the working process and projects, and introduced interesting career opportunities for students.

This is the second year partnership between the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling and KPMG, which was initiated by KPMG HR Supervisor Yulia Shulga and Senior Lecturer Svitlana Pokrason under the supervision of Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Oleg Tereshchenko.

Corporate partner offers the support with printed study materials and guest lectures by the leading industry experts. The course is first of its kind in Ukraine, covering financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation methods and LBO analysis.
